Hi All,
Another fun filled night for the 27 Riders that came down to the track.
Welcome to Louis Price our newest member. You have taken to the track extremely well.
Again it was Paceline as the first drill of the evening after individual warm ups. Tonight Group C performed a reverse paceline up high on the track while the other groups rode their Paceline down in the sprinter’s lane, Group A first then group B.
Next, Group A were sent off to take Simon’s no resistance interval sprint session, 12 x 40/20.
Group C followed Tom and Jake for a 20 lap Motorpace around on blue the top line starting at 30kph for 10 laps and then increasing the speed. So very red facing at the end of this one.
Group B had a go at a 2 lap time trial. Great efforts by all with the standout going to Rosie putting in a time of 1:07.04. Caitlin took 1 second off her pervious time and everyone else was close to their pervious time.
Next, Groups B and C practices weak footed starts, groups C off the back fence and group B held on the start line. The second round everyone go to start on their stronger foot.
We finished the session with catch the bunch will everyone on the track.
