Looking for a timetrail handlebar setup for the NSW master champs in Feb
The integrated carbon ones I've looked at so far are really expensive, though if someone knows a good buy, then let me know.
Vertical is a major problem, which was clear from the 2011 photos, my body is way too high and I can't put the stem any lower, so I must get either an adjustable stem or a pista stem.
I've got a fairly good set of clip-ons, with adjustable pad position, which will allow me to get my elbows forward/backward position where I want them.
So if I build an assembly, I need some handlebars. Some examples;
Bars
$32 Deda Crononero Team TT Base Bar ($30 at ribble) Various other basic bars available
$100 Pro Synop Hydraform TT Alloy Base Bar (no stock, but $195 at ribble for 46cm)
$93 Profile Ozero Base Bar 42, 44cm
Sets
$159 Pro Synop TT Base and Clip-On Aerobars
$295 Vision Team TriMax SI Flat Aero Bars (J-Bend)
From that lot, I'm leaning towards the Profile Ozero Base Bar, though I don't like the turn-up at the bar ends
Timetrail setup purchase
If you don't like the way they kick up at the front and they have sufficient length in them then you can just cut them down. A 30 second job.
Also if you can't get low enough look at using a mountain bike stem and put it on upside down, you can get some pretty steep angles.

Appreciate that Chris. I've already put my order in so should get the parts in good time
I'm overseas from the 19th Jan and only return the morning of the race (2nd Feb), so I need to do setup prior
