Hefron tuesday night racing

Hey i tried it out for my first time tonight, and its really good training! they pretty much choose an even speed and go with it!! good training for racing people! and you push your self, id say its better training than saturdays.

Different speed from saturday and yes I would agree this looks like awesome training. Every week I see this race (for those who don't know I work at the pool next to the track) something happens....this week there was almost a punch up. Between two dudes from the SAME club lol

we need a big chalkboard that you can hold up from the top of the grandstand at the pool with all the time gaps on it

First race back and, well, I'm very unfit. Only lasted half of C grade. Couldn't bridge a gap that formed a few riders in front of me as people popped down the straight. Wasn't too disappointed considering I've been away for 2 weeks and have done minimal riding before that.

Alex R and Amy were also riding. Amy lasted until 2 to go after chasing (only a few meters) off the back for several laps. Alex finished with the bunch but the race was won by A grade who caught on the final lap.
