Ouch, that's upsetting. Yes, the rental market is just crazy right now. :(

Mick

It a long ride to HP and Oatley Park and even longer to Waterfall.

Come on. your not serious.

It may be closer to Coonabarabran. Are you thinking of entering the Coonabarabran to Gunnedah or the Mudgee race.

Don't finish Horizontal.

I know a couple of guys who ride for the central coast, Paul Craft who runs the Friday night winter series is probably the most prominant though. FNWR starts next friday night, I could get you a contact no. then? I could get one sooner if there's a rush....

It's a top club and they have a flat track/velodrome at I think west Gosford. We race there every year for their open...

Mick

A shame, but as Bill points out you will have very good legs for all the road races if you continue to do Waterfall with us.

Good luck on the Central Coast and just stay away from the local member.

Mick, whataya mean ya going!!

$50 a week is only two interest rate rises for us other poor mortgage holders.

Don't go.

Maybe take a packed morning tea with you and eat it at Bobos. That will save about $10 a week.

Rents are predicted to rise to a point where you are at the same cost to pay mortgage, so there's even more incentive to purchase at the moment.

Hey Mick,

I know someone who is selling a unit at a reasonable price.

The unit is vacant and it is near Hurstville.

My neighbour has just put her one bedroom flat on the market. Asking 330, but I reckon it'll go for 280...
