Off Cycling Topic: Housemate Wanted

Hi all,

to the mods - i hope this post is appropriate here. If not please delete.

With my current housemate moving out shortly, is anybody interested in sharing a house with me and:

4 bikes - 2 live inside
spare wheels and other assorted spares
1 dog - she is a Heffron Pk most Saturdays if u want to meet her. She sleeps inside at night. Sorry i can't have anymore animals.

Its a three bedroom house (fibro shack!) with plenty storage.

Located in Riverwood. It is close to:

Tempe Velodrome (15-20 min drive)
Dunc Grey ( 15min drive)
M5 - 2 min ride/drive
Riverwood Train Station - 10 min walk
Riverwood shops - 10 min walk - 15 to Woolies
Heffron Park - 25min drive
Eastern Creek (for crits) 30 min drive
Hurstville velodrome - 10 min

Price: $160 per week includes gas, water and some electricity. Bond negotiable.
