About time he left that Belgium team.

Cadel and I are really close (he signed my book, he knows me by name...I am sure he would recognize me on the street if he saw me again!!...ok maybe not) But he is tops....a bit skinny, but still tops. Anyway - for those interested, here is the article about his leaving Silence Lotto.

Yes, saw that and agree that it's about time. It's interesting how this whole thing was kept so well under wrap, unlike AC's situation with Astana.

Now we'll see where he goes next.

Nice having Hincapie riding for him. That's a good thing for Cadel.

Seems like a strange move to go to a Continental team with no real track record if his goal is still the TDF. Interesting also that Garmin's manager said "Cadel is a great athlete, and I wish I'd known he was on the market. But no, he hasn't signed for Garmin in 2010".
Pity really - BMC must have been waving a very big cheque!

With all the wild card team entries and other big names on the team, I am sure BMC won't have to worry too much about invites.
