The Thursday club ride to the hills will change its start time to 5:30am (it was 5:40). This is to allow time for people to get to work on time and because just 10 minutes later there seems to be more traffic.
The new start commences on 30 April.
On that day some of you will have a choice of rides.
The NRS Team invites middies and above to join their Hill Repeat training session on 30 April.
Start at 5:30am at Post Office Square and heading over to Broome St, Maroubra. They won't wait so you do need to be fast enough to keep up on the ride over.
