Sorry for the late reminder.
Entries are closing this weekend for the Kurrajong Classic. Nice race not too far away. There is a big descent followed by a nice climb, but if you can make it through that you'll be fine, otherwise it can be a very early end to your race.
I'm still trying to decide if i'll be racing, and currently i'm leaning that way.

What a great race, recommend it for everyone. Here's my report.
Having had it drummed into me about getting up that first hill, I hit the bottom in last place, James went to the left and rode up the breakdown lane, while I filtered thru the riders, when I got to the top, I was in front of most of the riders but still 10metres behind the front bunch.
I worked really really hard with 4 other riders, for about 5k but we just couldn't bridge the gap, eventually it was out to about 100mtrs and I'd been running on 95% and it was time to quit, so I rolled off the back and waited for the next bunch about 15 riders, which was riding at a more modest 43kph and felt a lot more comfortable. We swallowed the 4 riders and found a bit more pace.
Second time up the hill and the group discinerated with me and 5 other riders leaving the rest behind, 2 others managed to catch us and we started mopping up dropped riders from the front bunch, like a rock gathering moss the bunch grew.
With 3k to go there were another 4 riders ahead which we had to catch and sure enough we got them on the line.
Data from an NCSS rider;
Time: 1h 45m 46s
Distance: 63.5k (computer), claimed was 66k
Average speed based on computer is 36.0kph
I would rate this race more difficult than Ken Dinnerval so I see that matching my Ken Dinnerval 2008 average speed is a predictor that my form has returned.
Great to see Eugene at the top of the hill encouraging James and I on.
