"How I became a drug cheat athlete to test the system"

Before:
I managed about 10-and-a-half minutes and a power output of 350 watts. ... score a 58 on the test, which compares favourably to the average person's 35 but rather pathetically against an elite athlete's 70+.
After:
I flew past my previous mark and hung on for more than 12 minutes and 375 watts. This gave me a score of 63, a 7% increase in seven weeks.
I know microdosing isn't exactly news, but for an amateur to pull this off so easily is troubling.

And apparently micro dosing doesn't show up in drug testing :?

The other disturbing thing is that the passport seems to be based on detecting a change in usage.
If an athlete is already doping when they first go on the passport and keep the dose steady until the end of their career then it would seem they are safe.
Micro dose, slightly bigger dose, doesn't matter as long as it is constant dose. I am guessing a mega dose would ring alarm bells.

I have a feeling there is some thing more complicated going on at Sky, no idea what though. But yeah, it does suck a bit that you may be getting smashed in B and C grade by people with a bit of help. If they get too good they go up a grade though. It is only really age champs where it matters more.
