Nice thing about Seabreeze is it gives you an hour by hour wind forecast (direction and intensity). It's oft used in fishing circles, and I've used it for years - quite reliable and accurate (though not 100% perfect). If you wake up and it's windy, you might be able to get a feel for whether it will drop off or intensify, or it can also be good to estimate the time that changes are coming thru (and that may influence your ride plans).
