Replacement Belt for Rollers

Hi

I went to use my rollers on Sunday, and the belt snapped, luckily not while I was on them.

They are Cinelli (I think) rollers, noisy as hell, but they still work.

Does anyone know the best place to source a replacement belt for these? Or is it possible to repair them? It has broken at the join. But I am sceptical about being able to get my hands on something strong enough to join the two ends.
