Queen's Birthday ride

Anyone up for a ride on Monday (9/6)?
I was thinking of something 80 to 100kms @ 28s pace leaving at 6:30, but I could be convinced of leaving at 6am.
Not really sure where to go at this stage.
Hopefully the weather will get better over the weekend and it will be a good day for a ride.

Good on your for putting it out there. Determine a route, set a distance and pick a time. Then run it up the flag pole.
Build it and they will come. I am looking for a Monday ride. Yours might just be the one!

Thanks Dougie

I was only trying to get an idea of the general interest.
Being a newbie I don't know many routes and I'm terrible with directions. So I can pick the starting point, time, suggest a pace and hope people will come up with nice rides. The usual suspects are Akuna, Gorges, Eastern Suburbs + Lapa, Kurnell, but I'm open to something different as well.

6:30am from the Marrick @ 28s.

Andre - you need to be definite about where you're going. There's a huge difference in time and effort between 3 gorges and the Eastern suburbs. Why not go for RNP - 90 k's, easy navigation, Waterfall in.

I'll be at the M7.

Geoff and I were talking about a modest Eastern suburbs hills - starting at a restful 6.30.

Would that be of interest? RNP might also be of interest if there more people were up for that - but I'll start by suggesting 5 hills.

I'm glad you got a nice ride. I went up Cooks river to meet a friend for a ride which was supposed to start at the Olympic Park. All well until my new tyre had some other ideas which resulted with a train ride home...
