Cleat Position

Hi All,
I am just wondering if anyones knows of someone/ a place that is good to see to have cleat position sorted out.
I have read plenty on the net about position and the adjustments that are required. This all seems a little too complicated for little old me. I have had some knee pain in recent weeks so I thought it would be best to get a "pro" to sort it out for me.
Any help is appreciated.
