Who else is doing Spring Cycle next weekend (27th Sept)?

Nada and I are doing it and we will be riding to the start (through the City and over the Harbour Bridge). The start time is 7am, and I want to get rolling then, so I will probably leave home at 6am or so.

Is anyone else interested in taking this route to the start?

James

I'm one of the volunteer ride crew - that means riding the route, encouraging the riders, fixing punctures etc. My wife is riding.

Anyone doing the Spring Cycle this year? I've signed up to do it with my 70 yo dad, who gets from Rose Bay to La Perouse and home in about 70 minutes (38 kms).
I'll be heading to the start at around 6:30 AM if anyone wants a riding buddy.

I'm riding this with my 9 year old son, but starting from Tempe for the Cooks river route. It should be interesting to see how 100's of family oriented riders navigate the skinny-enough-for-one-bike canterbury rd underpass.

I think I might just cross the road and continue on the overside

If you didn't know you need to head up Close St before the bridge as there's no exit at Canterbury Rd on the Eastern Side

Pretty sure I saw AnthonyI crossing the highway out back of Strathfield with his boy, as I and my dad were heading home. Also saw big Greg, who overtook me in the shadow of the line after my decision to ride on the big ring throughout caught up with me in the last 5kms
A fun ride - crowded but less irritatingly so than the Gongride.
