Three Gold medals to give out this week.
Two for Tony Achjian and Caitlin Williamson (and dad Collin) for turning up to training in very cold weather and putting in a hard session, and one for Lisanne (hope I spelt that right) for generous assistance with equipment - including donating a seat post that actually fits the "Rainbow Reynolds" frame in the loan bike stables. 
Special mentions for Caitlin and Tony who's skills have improved noticeably. Caitlin has now mastered rolling up the track to the rail and back down again and put in a 50.15 time trial over one lap on her new red bike. Well done you. Tony Achjian our newest member is proving to be a fast learner too, wiping nearly 2 seconds off last week flying 200 time trial- watch out you other U17 riders.
