Can anyone recommend a bike repairer who is happy to install pre-purchased parts and is somewhere near a train so I can get too and from the City?
It's upgrade time :)

Mandatory plug for the club sponsor: Velofix.

Otherwise you can try the guys at The Rolling Fix - they come to you (depending on where you are) and encourage you to BYO parts.

Do Clarence St still offer a discount to CA members?

They do on parts and kit etc, but not on workshop. Have your CA card ready.

Ashfield Cycles were cool with the stuff I've brought it previously, I normally get them put on as part of a service.

I've never had a great experience with Clarence St.

My shop of choice in the City is Giant. If you speak to Alice, she is very helpful.

I've never had imported parts fixed to a bike though.

What's the new steed?
