I worked with Lizanne and can vouch that she is a fit little bunny and should be able to do the ride easy. She rides a fixed with brakes but has little if no pack riding skills.

I'd love a hat, but maybe not with saturday slowies on it because I've only done that ride once before. Perhaps if that part was obscured by helmet it wouldn't be a big deal. Gloves with DHBC on the knuckles would be sweet too.

I loved the moldovian national champions colorful jersey
I loved the fact that there was a bike path on either side of the road for almost the whole 223.5km stage.

Okay so are we going to go ahead with the mens team or what? The woman of DHBC have already entered and we (the men of DHBC) are dragging the chain. I am very keen to practice my TTT skills but can't make saturday mornings as I have other engagments. midweek is better for me.

I think it was marians geoff. Brats and some other cycle groups have gotten a pasting from that site of late so it is good that we have shown them that OUR cycle club knows what it means to have a safe riding pack.

Okay I will weigh into this one limbed argument. When I swim Freestyle, Backstroke or Butterfly I can do a multitude of training drills to strengthen that arm. When I run I can do plyometrics training drills to strengthen that leg....why can I know not do that for cycling? please explain. Everything...
