2011/ 2012 DHBC Wheel race championships
There was a time I am told that every open carnival in NSW would have had 3 deep crowd of excited spectators watching in ore as some of the most gifted and talented track riders in NSW would take to the velodrome in every open Track carnival. Bernard 1 hr omnium 20/08/2011
Hi all, this is a favourite of mine; the One hour omnium challenge!!! Riders should aim to complete a full omnium (flying 200ms, 10km scratch race, 3km pursuit, 20km points race and 1km TT) in less than 60 minutes. To do this; events will have to run back to back with more than one rider on the trac...

Simon - re the bars - do they need to be strictly track bars? I have a set of bars that I don't need and will never use. They are drops that came off a single speed - so more like road bars but without hoods. From memory they have cork tape on them ready to go. Standard size bar, about 40 or 42 wid...

Tonights opening stage should a good one. It looks like it should bring out the climbers and I'm going to go with either Samuel Sanchez if the climbers hit out or Mattie Goss if it is not quite a climbers finish and the sprinters remain, for the win!!

The GC is just and accumulative total of all your points. so its:9k round trip commute fixed + one spin class 25k = 37k
Have I got the GC points right? is it
9k + 4 fixed + 2 spin = 13 ?
9 + 25 + 4 + 2 = 40.

Typically the everyday definition of commute is to ride to work and back. I gues it could be pushed to riding to other places but should constitute both trips, getting there and getting home.17. 4 points- commute fixed
What's the definition of a commute?

All accumlative. For the climbing 1000m, is that 10 points, plus 1 point for each 100m, plus 5 points for each 500m, so 30points for climbing 1000m, plus whatever climbs you did? OR are the metre's not accumulative (eg 17points for 1700m climbing), same question regarding no resistance sprints.
