Just reading the posts above on brand options and thought I'd throw my 0.02c in fwiw... I've got several Nalini jerseys and I like the quality a lot. They outfit a number of the pro-tour teams. I also own some Santini stuff (bib knicks) and the quality is good too - IMO a notch up on Nalini quality....

I'd like one - I'm 99% sure I'd be a large (I take that in most Australian fittings).
