Ok, well I can't do Waterfall this week due to a HM committment and was wanting something longer than slowies for Saturday so this option works well for me

Todd may have a different idea and it is his ride, but I would like it to be a no-drop ride thus pace dictated by the slowest rider; hopefully 25+kph. Of course, if anyone wanted to up the heart rate and regroup ... Ok, well I just managed to hang on for dear life with the 25s to Waterfall yesterda...

I like the idea of a Kurnell ride very much but what pace would such rides keep to (realistically)?
