Waterfall + Kurnell - Saturday 21/12 5.30am

Hi All,
I'll be doing a easy paced ride (read: base/recovery) to Waterfall via Kurnell leaving from MRC @ 5.30am.
All welcome to join. Also, if a RNP group form I'll tag along but turnaround at Waterfall.

Prolly be there at 5:30 for a cruiser waterfall. Need to be back before 9.

What's base/recovery pace for you these days?
I was planning on a solo waterfall return ride tomorrow for my first ride since the gong ride but I might tag along with you instead if that's ok. That is assuming I wake up on time of course.

Keeping my HR down is the key so easy up the hills and spin out on the flat. Still a good middies/28s pace I'd say.
