Saturday 19th October depart 5.30am at the Marrick.
Fast 28s/cruisey middies pace about 140km return after 12.
Route takes in Awaba St, Balmoral, North Head, West Head & Akuna Bay.

One beautiful day. Great organisation Peter. By the way Anna did another 10 km on the track after the 160Km - she is now "dead in bed"
But really North Head is more like the Ass end of the world... see photo (hope it shows)

Thanks for the day out and for patiently waiting for me on top of each hills + at the end on top of every little hump! Just bonked out and had nothing left in the tank.
Maybe need to expand my tank capacity next time

Thanks Peter, Andrew, Paul, Robert & Anna for a great ride around Sydney to many places & routes I've never ridden before. Oh yeah and thanks for throwing in a few extra climbs on the way out. Good luck next Sunday, the forecast suggests a fresh start of 2 degrees
