WTB shimano road bike shifters

I am looking to get some new shifters for my road bike. The ones I have on now are SORA but have been worn to the point that they are now very dodgey. I don't want to spend over $150 so SORA, tiagra or 105 would be what I'm looking for.
Second hand is fine, as long as they're not too worn
