Women's track course at DG (non DHBC specific)
Posted: 05 Dec 2011, 14:51
Hello ladies,
Just to let you know that Donna Meehan & Jenny Triggs (both Level 1 Cycling Australia road and Track Coaches) will be running a series of women specific track training sessions at Dunc Gray Velodrome at Bass Hill in January 2012.
The format of the sessions is structured to help people become more confident on the banks of the velodrome, using start gates and general track technique. The sessions are for CA licensed Elite and Masters women. Juniors are being considered in a separate time slot if numbers are sufficient.

There's a flier, but I don't quite know how to get it up on the forum. Watch this space.
N.B. this is NOT run by DHBC, and will invovle a fee. That said, Donna & Jenny know their stuff and you'll learn HEAPS. They're just as keen as the rest of us to see more women racing and are very supportive, as well as great athletes.
