Riding to Waterfall

Hi,

i was just wondering if anyone has a map or the route of the ride to water fall. i've been riding alone for the past 3 weeks and i really love it, i start from hombush which is where i live, and go up to Captain Cook bridge then i turn back as iam abit scared going in to areas where iam not familiar with.
however i really want to ride alone down to water fall and see what the time limit i can get.
