Hey Folks
Adam & myself are doing a cheeky 166km ride up Mt Keira + the Wall with a couple cofy stops in between then catching the train back from waterfall.
Leave time & location:
- Sunday 6:30am and hitching a ride with the Waterfall 28s then dropping down into RNP and Wollongong from there.
Pace:
28s pace and good legs for a long ride.
Whats required:
- 2 bidons, tubes and banana.
- healthy appetite for hills as the Wall takes no prisoners.
