simon "lewellyn bronze in the state points race

I'm off in orange but received an sms off simon that he got bronze in the state points race, which is a massive acheivement. He was attempting to lap the field but didn't get there, in turn he took 4 sprints though earning him self bronze.
This continues DHBC's unprecedented run in recent times in the elite level of the state titles.

Yep, it was a great ride by Simon. At about the midway point of the race he was actually leading, as the world's worst camera phone has failed to document below:

The red blur in mid-field is Simon, the white blur below him is his Ghibli. Alex is the few pixels of red in the back of the field. You'll have to take my word for it when I say that Simon's name is top of the leader board at this point, with JL Rathbone and L Davison grovelling around in his wake. Alex also rode well, hitting out to take the first sprint and finishing strongly.

it was an exciting race, totally worth riding out to watch.
and how good do out dulwich hill boys look as blury red pixles!

I think they will post a photo of the podium shot in the next day or two on the cycling nsw website.

The easiest way to tell it is me in the photo on the top of the results board, is that I have a two digit number/handicapp, the 3 below don't....

wow, i only just got to a computer, and am impressed by the list of riders who are bellow simon! dave stevans and ben harvey! dave is in great form at the moment too from the worlds! Its good to see luke back too!
