I'd say it is true. Giant and Merida are two biggest frame builders.

Advanced Group of Taiwan is the other big three CF bike component OEMs in the world.

I'd say it is true. Giant and Merida are two biggest frame builders.
After waiting 6 months for my Carrera track bike which is supposedly hand made by Italian elves...I would probably never go with a Carrera ever again and stick to these more mass produced brands for the speed of delivery and bang for the $. But try and find a size 48 or smaller frame off the shelf in a shop and it is almost impossible.

I didn't see Carrera on the report Frank posted so I will positively assume the whole bike was made, painted and assembled in Italy. If anyone knows any different......I don't want to hear it.

I wonder if you're able to go and make a custom order from one of these suppliers which supply frames like Cervelo - the stickers of cause since they're Decal them elswhere

Of course, if you can come up with a design file and money to have them make it for you, just not other people's product. Otherwise the OEM would be breaking their contractual agreement with their client.
