What to wear

With the DHBC Valley Wheelers spearheading orders for retro wool styled cycling jerseys, I thought it would be nice to get an old riders' observations of what was worn in years gone by.

This piece is by Dave Moulton, a UK based blogger. Interesting to note how riders wore 'riding clothes' during training (which look more like everyday clothes) and 'racing wear'. It was only in the 1970s that riders moved to only racing wear for all activities.
