Using modern clipless SPD shoes with old toe clip pedals

I heard that there are adaptors but am having trouble pinpointing the right ones for the job.
Have a pair of Specialized SPD shoes. My pedals are vintage 1960s Zeus pedals (Spanish version of Campag) with clips. :?:
I'd like to keep using my old clip pedals but with modern shoes. BTW, feet too big and cant find vintage or NOS period shoes. :oops:
