i am looking for a first road bike about 54cm frame

can you provide some parameters -for example price range?
also - if you are intending to race on it, take note of the roll outs maximum - it will likely require a change of the rear cassette and / or chainrings - when will you move from U15 to U17 ?

price range is up to $700, not planning to race
