I have had a request for a skinsuit, but I can't just order one item, it doesn't work like that. So here is the deal, we need to order a minimum of 10 of one type of item, be it skinsuits, knicks, jerseys. Now its unlikely its going to be jerseys any time in the next 6 months so you will need to register your interests and once we have the numbers I can place an order. It will be money up front, delivery from time of order will be approximately 6 weeks. Prices will be $120 for knicks, $160 for skinsuits (subject to change if the suppliers prices go up). Let me know if there is any other type of clothing you want.

I you put your name on the list I'll send you a PM when we are ready to make sure you still want to go ahead with it.

Time Trail Socks

I can't see any sizing for time trail socks on the champion systems web site, hence have put in shoe size. Minimum order is 10. My preference is for the more expensive Custom Speed Shoe Covers, but if there isn't enough interest, then I'll take the cheaper Custom Lycra Shoe Covers

What's this stuff about gloves and tt socks. Trying to create work for me are you Mike. We can do it if we get the numbers, I'll have to check to see what the minimums are and I'll post up the pricing. I may need to speak to the committee about this.

I believe there is still stock in all sizes at the track. If i have time i'll try to get a stock count on Wednesday.

I have a complete stock list as a google doc, I'll start a new thread for it.

Ok im interested in another skinsuit, but a long sleeve one. I dont see to many peoples names down for one so i assume unless theres a minimum of 10 to order then there wont be any more skinsuit orders?

I believe the winter jackets will reach the 10 shortly (i'm considering one), and then other items can be tacked on. Christian can correct me if i'm wrong.

The next order will be going in next week, the cut off for items will be Monday the 2nd May. All items other then jerseys are pre-order and money up front.

l'll have a LS skinsuit, size M, when the order goes ahead.
Also, if possible, the TT shoe covers and gloves as per Mikesbytes earlier post- same sizes.

I doubt there is going to be enough interest in the gloves or shoe covers for this order, but you do have until the end of today to find more people.

As per the Winter Clothing thread, I want to order a XXL Wind Vest (I have placed my name on that thread).
Do I need to come to the track and pay in advance? If yes, when is that required by?
I would also like to order a pair of XXL knicks and a pair of gloves as per this thread.

I'm blaming Mike for the whole gloves and shoe covers thing, the minimum is 10, so unless we get 10 takers it's not going to happen. We don't have a glove or shoe cover design at this point so it may delay the entire order slightly.

And why don't you people cut and past the list above to make my life a bit easier.

I may not be getting this right, but as well as this topic thread there is also the winter clothing order, is that still occurring?
Also do I need to get my money in up-front for both these knicks and the wind vest in the winter clothing thread?

Both this order and the Winter clothing are going ahead. Items other then jerseys are money up front. The best payment method is to give me cash down at the track. The club is in the process of setting up an online payment system but it is not finished yet. The problem with doing a deposit as I can't check to see who has paid.

When is the best time to pick up out of office hours?

You can't actually pick up anything during office hours. The only time really is to to come down to the velodrome on a Monday or Wednesday night between 630 pm and 830 pm.

Pre payment is now required as the order has been placed. At this point you can pay in cash at the velodrome on a Monday or Wednesday night from 6.30pm till 8.30pm. I'm going to be away from the 25th of May till the 14th of June but I will arrange for someone else to collect the money on my behalf. I'll let you all know who this is when I sort it out.

The order has been put in and as Christian put it above, I don't believe there was any interest and now it is too late! You will need to waite till the next order.

Clothing has arrived. It can be collected down at the track. In my absence Camilla has volunteered to look after the distribution. I'll be down at the track today at the omnium and Monday and Wednesday of this week, then its over to Camilla until I return from a work trip.

If you haven't paid, and there are quite a few of you then you have one month to collect and pay or your items will go into general stock. If you can't make it to the track to collect but still want your items then send me a PM and we can work something out.
