As part of the new website we have a detailed training rides section, which is currently empty.

I know that James F did a very good bikely for the Waterfall ride which will be included (a link to it anyway), but it would be good to have a brief accurate description of the 4 main training rides that we do on a regular basis

- Regular Sunday Waterfall Ride
- First of the Month Hard National Park Ride
- First of the Month Not as Hard National Park Ride
- Saturday Morning Ride

We also need the Track Training, which is just Monday and Wednesday, a brief writeup of what to expect training wise would probably also be good.

So guys, get creative and starting writing up a description.

For a Road Ride we need

Title
Start Time
From
To
Start Point
Distance
Grade
Route
Comments

For Sunday's Waterfall, I was going to put down 85km, for the National Park rides 100km, I think that is pretty close the real distances.

A Track Ride only needs

Title
Day
Time
Location
Comments

Thanks

James

More accurate is 80 and 96, well that's what i've always had from these rides, i'll see if i can get a chance to do a route map for the RNP rides, though i also need to get stuck into the road section of the website.
