Our club needs a lingerie shop sponsor. The kit possibilities would be....endless. Race lace, anyone?

Spoke with Mike on Sat evening whilst still in hospital and he talked sense. Brain is obviously still function well but I understand the helmet was sacrificed in the process. Very lucky! Take it easy and recover well.

Lizanne - you could be the woman at the bottom holding it all together! just make sure you get 15 smaller friends. Especially those little ones that get thrown around - really little will be best.

Awesome! And yes Noel, that music was really special.

It may look photoshopped but there are spare signs in the basket behind .. a little harder to do but not impossible. IMO they're doing a BMC promo ... can't remember where I got this shot from.

I can't even ride no hands on the rollers let alone dance while riding no hands. Truth is I can only just ride no hands on the road.

I still can't dance Ian, or I'd be interested. As to roller dancing, I reckon it's good to learn no hands and do some group YMCA sing alongs on the rollers, great for handling (seriously! I don't do a lot of no handed on the road, but I do a heap on rollers, it's easier!)

The guy in the advert looks and acts like a weirdo I encountered at CP last Wednesday morning. Peter B, Alister and I were doing fast paceline practice and this guy kept waiting for us after the Randwick gates and raced us up the slight ascent to the Robertson Rd entry. He'd punch his fist into the air and do a victory yelp as he hit the turn.
Damn cyclists.

So today I was driving to work rather early, and I thought I'd wear my photochromatic lenses. They are clear when you're not in the sun. The sun was low in the sky and shining in through the door window. After a while, I saw myself in the rear view mirror: One lens was clear, and the one near the window was almost black! I felt like a pirate this morning... Arrrrrgh...

What does everyone think of his cornering technique? Daniele Ratto cornering in wet downhill.

With wet tarmac and plastic cleats there might be some "outrigger" advantage if your groin was strong enough, but it would only save you from a minor miscalculation in my opinion, and leave you open to 'high siding' (not good). It would also have the effect of actually raising your centre of balance.

I wouldn't do it.

I have done the foot thing before for the cornering, and kicked my self up again when I slipped out a bit!
