It's surprisingly non-partisan, though there is a lot of overlap between questions and some ambiguities in their interpretations of the law. All in all it's pretty good though, and seems to hint that they're approaching it from a perspective that seeks to encourage participation rather than one of "bike lane skepticism".
It's not closed to people from NSW, though it may influence how they interpret the answers given. Send it to all your Victorian friends too! Better laws in other states can only help us as more pressure is brought to bear on our own lawmakers here in NSW.
