I have a PM I can't read due to the following error message:

"You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available."

How do I release on-hold messages? Note: I have deleted all messages in my Inbox!

Have you clicked the "Release all on-hold messages" link?

No, where do I find it? Haven't come across it in my explorations.

You pasted a link to it above :-) The "Release all on-hold messages" should be a link to do just that? Click it.

Thanks Stuart - didn't show as a link on my iPad! Visible on the desktop. All good now.

My folder is only 52% full but it wont let me access new message now.
Hit the 'Release' link but still wont let me read my '1 unread message'.
