Hi guys,

Just about 2 weeks ago (16 August), my commuter was stolen from usyd. :(
It was locked onto a bike pole at about 4 pm, and i discovered it stolen only 1.5 hours later.
I notified the police immediately, and they have given me an event number.
There is a high chance I won't see it again, but if by any chance any dhbcers saw the bike, please inform me asap.
The bike is:
Cannondale synapse (alu version) lime green colour with:
  • white/black/silver saddle,
blue tyres and handle bar tape,
    Shimano 105 brakes and cranks,
    Tiagra shifters,
    Ultegra rear derailleur,
    Campy front derailleur.
    RS20 wheelset
.

I don't have the exact picture, but here is the picture of how the bike roughly look like when i first bought it.
Image

Thanks. Anna

What a bummer Anna. Hope you find it. We have a heap of DHBCer's who work at Sydney Uni so hopefully one of them spots it.

Keep a lookout on gumtree.com.au
Are there anymore websites we should frequent?

I feel for everyone who own a lime green road bike .... they are all under suspicion

I read your post about your stolen bike and shortly afterwards I was walking along Darling St Balmain outside the PCYC and saw a lime green bike chained up to the telegraph pole. I did a double take! Could this be your stolen bike!

But alas no. There was no obvious brand on the frame and when I rechecked your photo you have silver wheel rims and the bike I saw has white rims.
