Curious how eBike fits in this.
It seems to me that the bulk of eBike riders wouldn't be riding a human powered bicycle. So therefor eBike's increase the number of road users traveling at bicycle speeds and therefor less road users traveling at faster than bicycle speeds, mainly in 1000kg+ transportation devices
