Monday rainy day exercise this evening

Some of us had plans to ride this morning and I suspect that none of us actually did.

The alternative today is to do some indoor training, either by yourself or with a group. With a group, there are two options, or you can even do both;

1. 5pm Fitness First Newtown, for an RPM (spin) session, which I am running.
2. 7pm Rollers/Mag trainer session at Canterbury (Tempe) Velodrome. Just bring a bike. Could the track guys/gals advise on this.

im confused by the word tuesday..
we will be at the track tonight, if its wet we will have rollers and trainers going. Im of sick, not getting on a bike at all.

I feel the Big Red is being neglected the past days (all alone during Easter) so I will definitely be there today!
