I dropped in to the new bike shop on the corner of Adison and Illawarra roads today.
It's called GloWorm bikes and its sells electric bikes.
The owner seems a lovely chap and says he hopes to hire a mechanic soon to assemble his bikes and maybe do general work too.

Yeap, that's Maurice's new business. He used to work as a volunteer at the Nunnery in newtown/redfern for many years. I think electric bikes a great!

I just went around there. And even though he is closed on Saturdays (open weekdays and Sundays) he was there. I had a ride on their test bike and I was won over. What a wonderful experience. I was impressed by how many he has already sold.
