man i wont be there on saturday.

(thought we needed a saturday slowies thread in here :D for the greatest of all the dullich hill events (after every thing track))

man the slowies has gone up a pace sice last time i was there!! those three hills in a row nearly killed me!!!
its seriously getting closer to being a good ride to get ready for the sunday ride hey

man today was only 7 of us in the end, but there was a new lass who is interested in doing sundays and she did three hills with me and theo

Don't think so. I had a fresh pair of legs after 5 days off the bike and still wasn't able to catch MikeC going up Anzac Br.

You kept count? In any case, it was hardly fair given the injury you carried in your Lt knee.

I don't think the knee impacted my performance that much.

I saw you guys regrouping near the gate and have just started to leave as I returned from a loop down to Maroubra. I don't think anyone saw my wave from the other side of the entrance.

BTW, I forgot to ask who was Jim Bundy. And what was the history of that jersey? Looked nicely retro! :D

Jim Bundy made bike frames between something like 1940 and 1985. He's still kicking and does odd jobs such has changing the dropouts in old steel bikes for conversion to fixies.

The jersey is pretty old. I also have a matching short sleeved one.
