Just thought I would get a free plug in for Miguel who is one of the riders that leads out our slowies group to Waterfall. Miguel just did a lot of electrical work for us at our house...and did a fantastic job at very competitive prices. So if you need one ..... he comes with a very high recommendation from Stuart and I. Stuart is a harsh critic so a thumbs up from him is a great thing.

He's an electrician is he? Thought he was in IT or telecoms like Geoff S. Great. I need him to look at the wiring in my ceiling. :D

Yes he is an electrician, that is what a sparky is. Hey Toffy, I have your cable as well. I will bring it to RAW, it's been in my bag for the last 3 weeks.

With the release of Shimano Di2, I nominate Miguel to be our club's official tech for those too.

hhhmmm

Gale force winds dropped a large branch on our electricity line and phone line in Jervis Bay, breaking them - I had to bring in a 'Level 2' Sparky at $700 cost.

Should have flown Miguel down, given him a weekend there, and paid him for that price!

Good to know and it's a good idea if other members want to plug their trades since there's always a need for reliable and trustworthy people. Car mechanics for instance are my vice.

I'll give Miguel a free plug too..... but he's just gonna have to pay for the extension chord, as well as the power point!!

Can anybody send me Miguel's details, or suggest a sparky in the inner west? I am in urgent need of an electrician here in Petersham to repair an underground conduit that was inadvertently cut.
