Well, it seems to only come up with the message when using quick reply. If using post-reply the message doesn't appear.

I have reimplemented the fix that I tried put in yesterday.

The FTP app that I used yesterday obviously decided that the file shouldn't be uploaded.

I did it again this morning. Lets see if it works now.
