Dulwich Hill Bicycle Club

Chorki Ski Club - the DHBC crew accommodation of choice has been in touch wanting us to make a commitment for the 2017 event and will want a deposit to hold our booking.
It's 3 nights minimum stay, $75 per night. So we'll book Friday to Monday. I've already been in touch with them to let them know we're keen but if we can get an firmer idea of numbers in the next week or so that would be great. I've spoken to some of you already and let's start a list.

Update on the accommodation at Chorki Ski Lodge.
Short version there are beds for 10.
Space is limited and other groups from previous years are also returning. I requested 12 spots including 2 doubles for Jarrad and his mate, more people have signed up to the list since however this is of no consequence as we have only been offered beds for 10 including the 2 doubles. 1 of the rooms has 5 singles and a queen so if someone wants to double up we can maybe get away with sleeping 11.
I've asked Margaret from Chorki to help us find more beds close by, hopefully this will be successful otherwise we'll have to take care of extra accommodation ourselves.
Chorki requires a deposit of $70 per person by the end of September to secure our spots.
I'll pay the deposit if you transfer the money into my account.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to be brutal and offer the first option on the beds to the first 11 on the list - Dave B is last.
Don't worry we'll be able to find more more beds elsewhere. If your plans have changed please let me know and we can offer beds to others - in chronological order.
