Continuing the Fondo training I present three gorges at C28 pace on Sun 9th Aug 2015 leaving from the square at 06:00.
Out via pacific hwy then in at Bobbin, Berowra then Galston and return via the pacific hwy. 120k's. Back by about 12:30.

Hey Stuart.
Me Jonathon Paul & Rob are also doing three gorges but the other way and starting from N.Turramurra to avoid traffic issues. If you get a few going with you I might talk to them about joining you or visa versa...

Hey Stuart.
Me and the abovementioned crew are still doing the gorges from the cafe at North Turramurra.
We are meeting there around 6:30 - 6:45am. Probably start riding around 7am.
Just in case you wanna do that instead.
