Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge

Hello Dulwich Hill Bicycle Club,

No doubt you’ve heard of the Taupo Cycle Challenge which is New Zealand’s largest gran fondo. We have designed a six day tour combining this great event with other iconic rides (including cycling up a live volcano) in the central North Island. It is designed for Australians. All you have to do is fly in to Auckland and we’ll take care of everything else.

Cycle tours are not all about the bike. We’ve included some great restaurants and cafes and a spot of fishing on the lake. That evening we’ll have a BBQ on the lakes edge (hopefully with a trout as our dinner guest).
