I'll be doing West Head at a real C28's pace this coming Sun 4th Jan 2015 rolling out at 6:00am from the square. Around 6:30 total time and 120k's. Bring two bidons and 2 tubes, food, money for coffee & cakes.

This ride does not include Akuna Bay. Out via Wakehurst Pkw & Forest Way to Terrey Hills, down McCarrs Ck Rd, out to West Head & back, descend to Church Point (coffee - 1st water stop 75k's) then Pittwater Rd, Wakehurst Pkw and back to Marrickville.
