Hi Everyone,

I've set up a tipping league for those of you with too much time (myself included). So come and join in on the DHBC (unofficial) Fantasy Team for Le Tour!

You pick your team of riders according to who you think will get you the most points over the stages. You have the opportunity to transfer 24 times, so you can shuffle your team according to the stages ahead.

Winner at the end will receive a bottle of French plonk and bragging rights

With some serious gradients to be climbed in the next few stages, it might be worth transferring in some mountain specialists like Alberto Contador!

William is "Jensie is Awesome" and I am The Furry Unleashed or something like that. William's all over it where as I appear to be descending down the order like a Wiggo.

I'm in as The Domestique. I've also set up a separate league under the name Drug Pedallers (password is tourdefrance) - it has fewer people in it, and most of us have no idea, so feel free to join and watch yourself fly up the rankings

After all the dust settling (and a slight distraction of watching the track on Comm Games) the results are in:

1 - Les Nuls with no money and transfers in the tank - 4254 points
2 - Merde Alors! - 4003 points
3 - Canterbury - 3768 points

jamiet - please make yourself known to the officials and we'll have a bottle of French plonk whisked off to you!

and Perdu a Morzine - (one of our people) came in the whole TdF Fantasy Game, fourth. just pipped from stepping on to the Podium by 10 points. Well played!

Although I could not have done this without the help of the riders, I will gladly accept (and drink) the prize on their behalf!
