Saturday 8/02 5.30am - Marrickville - North Head - West Head

Fast 28/middies pace departing the cafe at 5.30am Saturday 8/02/2014
Route includes Awaba St, Balmoral, Spit Bridge, North Head, Powderworks Rd, McCarrs Creek Rd, West Head, Akuna Bay and home via Mona Vale Rd & Pacific Highway.
Approximately 140km we should be back in 7 hours (12.30pm). This is a challenging ride and there aren't many bail out points (no train stations). Bring 2 tubes, pump & food.
This is not a club sanctioned ride.

Bottom of the stairs, north side of the bridge 6 am. Route goes east the back way to Mosman through Cremorne south of Military Rd, we don't go up the highway.
