Beginner's Workshop for Female Cyclists

We have been approached by Sarah Roy, current NSW Road Champion and certified coach, to help promote a workshop she is running for female cyclists. The details are as follows:
Date: Saturday 1st June
Time: 8:00am - 11:00am
Place: Sydney Olympic Park
Cost: $49

The contents of the day include:
1. Basic mechanics class
2. Women's health and nutrition
3. Road safety and skills session
4. Continental breakfast and gift bag.
The proceeds of the day will go towards helping Sarah achieve her dream of cycling for a pro team in Europe.
For those who have previously mentioned that they would like assistance with some basic aspects of cycling, this could be very worthwhile.
